Short Bio

Jianqi Zhao is currently a postgraduate student at China University of Petroleum-Beijing, under the supervision of Prof. Weifeng Liu. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology in 2020 from China University of Petroleum-Beijing. He is a Student Member of both IEEE and ACM. His research focuses on the Direct Linear Solver, where he introduced a synchronization-free method into Sparse LU Factorization, and experimental results have shown that it provides higher performance. His research interests are in high-performance computing, parallel computing, and sparse matrix computation.
